The G7....and The New Direct Access Stock Market

  1. Let there be no mistake that the developed governments are learning their lessons the hard way with respect to regulations and the free market....

    .....................................................

The needs that are not going away are:

    1) The need for low cost capital

    2) The need for asset based lending

    .......................................................

    Low cost capital

The best source for low cost capital is common stock....common stock is 0 interest nonobligatory debt.....Debt does not get cheaper than this....

This segment is governed by the best ideas and those that want to bet on them....

Solution: make direct access worldwide and cheap....a singular redundant direct access system made available on the internet.....

This system should not be gamed by the private side ie dark polls commissions etc...

The cost should be less than 20 cents per 100 shares....

Listings should be low cost boilerplate....and public info made available by internet only at the same time.....

Also in any language....in any currency.....24/7.....let people's sleeping habits govern the higher volume hours.....

    ....................................................

Discounted asset based lending should be done via township...local management only....

Non-local is too chancy...impossible to manage...

Housing could be depicted via the Danish model, given that it is the most basic form of individual security and wealth....
