'Those sort' given a break, some training, education, opportunities, a lift up, a helping hand would fit in very well in society. They could be trained into trades like carpentry, panelbeating, farming.... I say this because often these sort guys prefer physical type work.

What blacks need are positive role models in the mold of Candace Owens, Diamond and Silk, Wayne Dupree. They call it as they see it and gets rid of the BS. Compare that to black jocks whose talent is just dunking a ball like Lebron James, Stephen Curry or throwing a football pass like Colin Kaepernick? These guys just perpetuate the negative image of the blacks on top of using the race card at every turn. They do nothing to educate their fellow blacks and if they spent even 10% of their millions educating blacks, they could be changing the minds of a lot of blacks especially, the young ones. Instead, they focus on demonizing the police with a focus on white police officers shooting blacks, ignoring the videos and evidence of crimes and justifiable homicide. Police have only seconds to decide before they pull the trigger of the gun when their lives are at risk. At the same time, they ignore the problems of the black community of their own doing like in Chicago. Blacks kill blacks every single week without fail. Over 60 shootings each week in Chicago and majority of victims are black people.

Lebron James isnt a role model, he is an enabler. He refuses to address the real problems in the black community. Black children need FATHERS and much better role models plus responsible education.

He is an enabler because he doesnt address the true problems, he decides to go the easy route and play the blame game.

About 15 years ago I worked at a multi national firm, household name.

They hired someone 'who looked like that' on to my IT team.

He didn't last long, he just stopped coming into the office on a regular basis, then made up the most insane excuses of why he wasnt at work. 'My girls friends brother was murdered' was one of his excuses during a sit down meeting we had.

He was given the opportunity of a life time, something i could only have dreamed of at age 20.

But this guy just didnt care.

We gave him lots of chances but he never took them.

He actually saw that as weakness, that we never were going to fire him, so he took the piss even more. And was quite shocked when he was eventually fired.

My co worker did make a racist joke: something like. 'Glad im not the one who has to fire him, i might end up getting stabbed'
