'bout time. I tried to pull this up on TWS today but no luck. I would imagine option traders will really have fun with this.

Wonder if this contract will trade with any consistent relationship to the underlying.

After all, you can't easily hedge the VIX against the future ... or can you?

 

I think this is an instrument best left for options traders. I haven't gained any discernable advantage by attempting to trade off the VIX or the VXN intraday.

I'm probably just lazy that way.
