  1. You're not a successful trader because successful traders can admit when they're wrong.

And my guess is you moved to Canada because they have a much more liberal social welfare net and you couldn't hack it in the U.S.

  2. can't we all just get along and remember who the real enemy is?

  3. I'll point you in the right direction but I don't have the inclination or the responsibility to educate you. Learn about how bank balance sheets work. Loans are carried on the "asset" side, dollar-for-dollar, and when there's a default that's a real loss. I think you might be confused about the reserve requirement which allows leverage but doesn't negate losses.

  4. You changed your argument here when I proved you wrong and you posted the wrong law on the other thread and I thoroughly discredited you there. It's in all in black and white and no amount of lying or stomping your little feet will change it. You're a total joke :p

And here's what happened to your credibility :p

Apparently you were one of those brats who got trophies even for failing when you were younger.

  6. I hate to break it to you little boy but the United States is unmatched for opportunity... there's nowhere else in the world that even comes close. But to take advantage of it one needs to have brains and initiative which you clearly lack.

  7. I already showed how you changed your argument and here's an even better link to where you posted the wrong law:

  8. ROTFLMAO!!!! I can't believe you're stupid enough to keep insisting you're right about this. Your friend was charged as he was either because he's a jackass like you and he pissed the cops off or he really was distributing. The police and local authorities don't have the authority to change state law you idiot.

The law is clear, 2.2 lbs or less is a misdemeanor:
    http://norml.org/index.cfm?wtm_view=&Group_ID=4521

Code of Ala. §13A-12-214. Unlawful possession of marijuana in the second degree

    (a) A person commits the crime of unlawful possession of marijuana in the second degree if, except as otherwise authorized, he possesses marijuana for his personal use only.

    (b) Unlawful possession of marijuana in the second degree is a Class A misdemeanor.

  9. There's no contradiction in the law, only in your tiny dysfunctional brain. It definitely can matter if you piss off the cops... your a fool to say it's irrelevant. It shouldn't matter but that's not the real world which you obviously lack experience in.

P.S. your argument morphed in that thread just like it did here... you started out claiming any marijuana possession in AL is a felony. At which time I corrected you and you changed your story, posted the wrong laws and carried on as the same spoiled brat that you are here.

  10. No, YOUR destroyed credibility... I said the U.S. is unmatched for OPPORTUNITY and it unquestionably is. The incarceration rate has absolutely nothing to do with the raw potential to make money here. Honest entrepreneurs and businessmen don't get put in prison, scumbags do which may be why you brought it up. Tell us where there's more raw opportunity than in the United States. Come on...
