looks like hitch and DB caught most of the points available! I'll take a rare day with no losers, today. (+23)
Also nice. But don't move on quite yet. Review the rules and learn as much as you can from this while it's still fresh. Note, for example, after 1530 that longs and shorts are both "stopped out". This prevents you, unless you're stubborn, from trading further as long as price ranges. Also tote up the MAEs and MFEs for each possible entry and leg. The MAEs will help you determine where your entry stops should be, if you use them, or where you should exit, if you don't. The MFEs will help you determine where your targets should be, if you have any, and/or where you should scale out, if you trade multiple contracts and take profits as you go.
I'll point this out in case somebody wants to do something with it: Edit: Looks like I got this posted just in time
The SLA trader's quandary: do I exit at my entry, or do I exit at a break of the line? What if the stairstep is still intact? What if it isn't? Edit, 10m later: Note that price did in fact break the line and began ranging again. This, to repeat, keeps the trader out of losing trades and gives him a chance to visit the head.
