I don’t know why I am feeling relieved knowing that sugar is not the worst kind of food out there Maybe it's my sweet tooth!
Didn’t watch the video because, well, Berg. Even so, I’m not sure why you guys are relieved. Sugar didn’t suddenly become healthier than it was before the video.
I know, right? It’s weird. Just because there are foods that are more harmful than sugar doesn’t make it less harmful. But as now I know that it’s not an evil poison ( if not a healthy food) I can at least enjoy sweet treats occasionally without guilt trips. Don’t you like sweets?
No. But I do eat a fair amount of fruit, so I get my "sweets" that way, along with the fiber and the nutrients. And a very, very small amount of 85-90% dark chocolate.
I never liked black licorice. However, you can’t make chocolate dark enough for me. I love the explosion of taste, and the fact that it’s self-limiting; it’s not one of those things like peanuts where you can’t just have one. Takes very little to hit the spot. Usually together with strong black coffee (unsweetened, of course).
You mean implosion of taste. Good lord, you have a very active bitter zone on your tongue. *shrugs* Well, whatever works for you. 90% dark + black coffee = mocha from hell. Scientifically proven! hehe.
Think again: "Dr." Eric Berg Retaliates Against His Son Who Left Scientology: https://www.youtube.com/shorts/2sQJ8yp_2WU And then there's the science. Here's a taste: https://www.youtube.com/shorts/rI8ginX6RGg https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VQ9q_mcnGD4
Looks like Dr. Berg and his son are on the outs with each other. Too bad. Whenever someone leaves Scientology, they seem to get all their panties up in a bunch. It never fails. I agree that the Dr. shouldn't be forcing his employees to be Scientologists. Cultish behavior. And yes, once in a while the Dr screws up with his nutritional advice. At least his advice is better than most MD's. Not sure why you brought in Mic the Vegan? I doubt if he is going to say anything that isn't biased since he is vegan?
