  2. There are some reports that the 302 5-8 months later was not actually the original Flynn 302 amended but, instead, a 302 of the FBI interviewing Strzok about his interview of Flynn earlier.

That's possible. Should know the real answer soon or at least the judge will know - should know already. Even if that is the explanation, it is not necessarily pretty either since it adds to the reports that Strzok and the other interviewer were pressured later to change their view of what happened at the original interview because Mueller needed a basis for charging Flynn for perjury which did not exist in the original report.

What a mess the FBI is these days.

Trump may be unethical and worse... but the guys at the top of the FBI were worse. Trump was a private citizen those Comey, Strozk and McCabe were supposed to be non partial law men doing justice.

  5. FBI can legally lie, cheat and make up stories while questioning people. This is how our corrupt system of justice works. Thugs got it right, fuck the law

  6. McCabe was fired for lying to the Inspector general and other investigators.

I wonder what his deal will be at sentencing?

    Nevermind.

The irony that Flynn was interviewed by Strzok is mind boggling.

The guy who was actively engineering the protection of one candidate and the taking down of another, and attempting to negate the results of an election- yet Flynn is accused of "selling out his country." All while flynn's interrogator was actively sending the integrity of the nation's justice system down the toilet.

  7. It's insane to not give Flynn a trial if that is what he wants. How can that not be fair?

The government/mueller have argued that he is too deep into the process and that it is almost unheard of for a court to accept a withdrawal of a plea this far along.

But where that falls apart is that mueller/the government lied to him and withheld exculpatory evidence. The government pressured him by saying that the investigators (strzok) concluded that he was lying, except the evidence that has come out since, is that strzok said in his report that they did not believe he was being untruthful. Flynn would never have plead guilty if he had that information, and the government was obligated to turn over any exculpatory information. They simply busted Flynn down to the point where he was financially ruined and just wanted to end it.

What's the harm in letting him go to trial if that is what he wants?

Better yet, just drop or dismiss the case shit-heads. It is just a deep-state concoction. All of the evidence that has come out since, with more coming on a daily basis, is that the case was initiated and conducted by government bad actors. The investigator, Strzok, is the one who should be in prison, not Flynn.

Michael Flynn hires new lawyer, Sidney Powell, who had urged him to withdraw guilty plea in Mueller case

  9. You can sense the desperation in this CNN news article- doesnt say it is an opinion piece although it acts like one as they all do. They present the scenario that every defense he has is just a recycling of "rigth wing conspiracy" in "conspiracy-tinged court filings."

"How the defense team hopes to resolve his case in court by further angering prosecutors who previously supported Flynn receiving little to no jail time and by playing to a judge who responded harshly to his crime and to a court filing that nodded to political conspiracy still isn't clear."

Oh really? Not clear? Well let me explain it for you CNN worthless tits since you cannot see what is abundantly clear.

Flynn's defense team -ie. Sydney Powell- has requested that his sentencing date be moved out for another 90 days while they continue to benefit from the flood of information coming in that shows government misconduct from all things FBI/MUELLER. And it is just coming by that pantload now. The rule pretty much seems to be that if a report is coming out, Flynn will benefit. The Mueller report, yep. The last two Horowitz reports (on McCabe and Comey), yep, and guess which report will come out during the 90 day extension period if the judge grants it on September 10? Oh, just maybe the FISA report. You think that Flynn will benefit from that in regard to his showing government misconduct? Yep on steroids.

So you CNN tits think about that a little. And yes, you are right in one sense. There is going to be a lot more talk coming about conspiracies and collusion.

Flynn is absolutely, positively entitled to a retrial or a dismissal. The government argues that he voluntarily plead guilty, admitted to the facts, and is wayyyy to far into the process to withdraw his plea. Sounds nice and tidy, except it is complete bullshit both legally and from a fairness point of view. The government extracted a plea from him upon false representations. They told him that the investigators/interviewers (one was Strzok) colluded that he was willfully lying so that he was pretty much screwed. Except the 302's which were withheld from Flynn, showed the opposite and they reported that they said that they DID NOT think he was lying. He never would have plead guilty if he had access to the exculpatory information that he was entitled to legally. In addition, the government engaged in misconduct when it advised him that he did not need an attorney to participate in the guilty plea. It was stupid for Flynn to do so but they busted him financially and he just wanted out. However stupid it was, the government should not have exploited that by giving him bogus legal advice instead of encouraging him to get counsel.

Flynn should get a dismissal. If no dismissal, then there is absolutely no reason, none, why he should not be allowed to withdraw his plea and go to trial. None. As I discussed above, the government is fighting the extension tooth and nail because they know that Horowitz's FISA report will only confirm that the FBI central office is filled with dirty cops and dirty lawyers. As if we have not seen enough already.

And if he goes to trial, and is found guilty because - after all it is DC and all jurors will be democrats- then Trump should pardon him the next day. The coming FISA report will establish beyond doubt that all of these investigations were set into motion upon a political motive and upon bogus warrants- pee pee tapes- Popodopalous entrapment attempts, etc, etc, Under no cirumstances should the government be allowed to benefit from the "fruit of the poisonous tree." ONE OF THE WORST CHAPTERS IN AMERICAN HISTORY. The people elected a candidate not approve by the state police and intel apparatus so they attempted to overthrow the elected president or put insurance policies in place to block him from being elected.

Then there needs to be gofundme type activities to restore Flynn, Popadopolous, and others back to where they were before all this began. You have McCabe, Comey, Crapper, Brennan etc all raking in the big bucks from book sales, cable news contributor jobs etc. and the people they tried (and succeeded) to crush out there broken and gasping for air. We had that situation before and had to teach King George a lesson before it was over.
