Okay well, if Judge Asshole goes up on appeal he can submit any articles that you have as attachments to his brief. giggle. In the meantime, the appeals court has issued a direct order to Judge Asshole to dismiss the case. Too bad that you did not send those articles to him earlier to help him out. giggle.
He no doubt would have continued to have his hired gun retired judge look for a new charge to bring against him Flynn if he was forced to dismiss the first one. Not going to happen. He will be forced to dismiss the case against Flynn and Amicus Boy has already been sent packing.
Oh I'm sure if the Judge doesn't dismiss as ordered Flynn will simply be pardoned and the majority of the country will see the justification for that. Its over one way or another. Trump is letting it play out but there is a safety net. Flynn may even be re-employed by the Administration.

No doubt.I have said many times Trump will go on a pardoning spree in January.Manafort,Stone,Papdouplous etc and Flynn if the judge continues to fight. I hope the judge continues to fight.Id rather Flynns legacy be pardoned criminal than never convicted
I'm not sure anyone thinks Flynn is a criminal. More like a victim. And I'm not sure those who initiated this extra-legal prosecution are going to walk away Scot-free.
