Heh, Judge Asshole getting ready for his little trip to the woodshed. Oh, and before you lefterrhoids start smirking and licking your chops when the appeals court decision comes down, keep in mind my post from the other day where I said that Sullivan is part of the little court club so they are not going to public humiliate him or smash him down. Everything will be worded along the lines of "this case is remanded to the lower court for finding consistent with this decision" blah, blah, blah. The outcome will be the same though. Also, I notice some crabwalking going on here and in the media that has just decided to focus on whether Flynn has the authority to review the motion to dismiss at length. They conveniently try to crabwalk away from the ugliest part of what Sullivan is attempting/was attempting to do which is to bring in another judge as a consultant to see if there are other charges that could be brought if the perjury part is dismissed. Ugly. Flat out ugly and not going to fly. He is severely butt-hurt and has made bad decisions here which have trashed his prior good record. Classic case of a judge who should have just recused at a certain point instead of doubling and tripling down on his trade that has gone bad on him. As I said, they are not going to trash him and humiliate him outright because he is part of the club that need to interact with every day- but the appeals court finds his behavior to be highly suspect. He is a butt-hurt asswipe incarnate. Spending big, big public dollars for the outside retired judge to find new charges on Flynn, and to hire one of the highest profile law firms in the country to defend him/answer for him to the appeals court. All on your dime. Meanwhile, Flynn had to sell his house to defend himself, and eventually acquired a pro bono patriot lawyer to defend him. Flynn is a bit like Fauci. You have little time in the sun, then suddenly everyone sees that you may have done some good stuff at one point, but now you are wayyy to big for your britches and have also been wrong about lots of stuff. DC Court of Appeals is reviewing the Flynn case today. Tards are waiting to do their happy dance. Go back and read my posts above before doing that. The issue of disposing of the case through a ruling on the writ of mandamus is separate from the ruling on the judges actions. The line of questions from some of the judges on the appeal court is in the direction of questioning whether the case is "judicially ripe" meaning that they question whether you have a case requiring a decision until the judge has actually ruled on the case or taken adverse action. Some of them argue that mandamus is not the way to go, that you should just wait until after the final hearing which is scheduled, I think for mid-July. That's fine. The outcome will be the same. It just means that it reappears before the appeal court on regular appeal rather than an emergency ruling on the mandamus motion. As I said about four times in above posts, Sullivan is part of the little club. They are not going to outright humiliate him and would prefer to signal to him that he better think about doing the right thing.
DOJ Just Disclosed ‘Explosive’ Handwritten Notes From Peter Strzok To Michael Flynn’s Defense Team A source with direct knowledge of the notes from Strzok told The Federalist that the new disclosures are "explosive."
Sullivan can appeal to the full Appeals Court or he can take it to SCOTUS but I suspect he will dismiss as ruled. But Sullivan has full-on TDS so there is no predicting what he will do. These people need help.
Justice is supposed to be "blind".... adjudicated as for what is right. It's wrong for any judge to "have an agenda" or to have a "personal hard-on" for any one case!
