Okay, let's talk about this Flynn thing with Judge Dildo - as I said before- "being wayyy too invested and butt-hurt to be presiding over this case." The tards as we know are loving it, because they think their hero is still witch-hunting Flynn and can find something to bag him on. I say, and have said the opposite- ie. Judge Dildo is just disgracing himself. The law is not on his side and he is just forestalling the day when he has to deal with his butt-hurt. Anyway, I revisit this issue in response to the attached article in Forbes that makes the same point I am making but cites some case law to go with it- from Ruth Ginsberg no less. So, I am standing by what I said, and your asshole judge is going to be taking up the bo-bo and disgracing himself. If they want to go up to the Supreme Court on some of this, that would be fine too. As discussed, The judge in the Flynn case is totally off the reservation and has allowed his Trump Derangement Syndrome and dislike of Flynn to corrupt his professional conduct. He has disgraced himself on this one and is getting more attention from the Appellate Court than he wants. Nothing worse than being a judge and having the appellate court that rules on all appeals coming out of your court have to deal with the fact that you have disgraced yourself and the judicial system by being a vindictive buffoon. Anyway, the Appeals Court has given him ten days to respond to the mandamus motion. If he thinks he is a ballsy and smart guy, then respond to the motion and tell it to the appeals court. I will watch. Fucking buffoon. Using the amicus process to bring in another judge to find a new crime on Flynn because the government wants to drop charges on the original alleged crime. Say what??? Not to forget Judge Butthurt Sullivan is required to respond to the Appeals Court by the end of the day as to what kind of a clown show he has going there. He has to respond in writing anyway - to the motion or request from the Appeals Court, not sure there is a hearing or appearance required. Idiot. Too butt-hurt to be on the bench for this case. That's fine. The Appeals Court or the Supreme Court will square his sorry arse away. And they may allow him to do whatever he is up knowing that it is appealable and they may prefer to just let the lower court take action and then take an appeal from that rather than try to block him in advance. They do like to let the lower courts do their thing first rather than block it. Either way though, sooner or later, Judge Butthurt is not going to win this one and he has disgraced the judicial system by going rogue and butthurt.

And yes, tards, as I said above, it is not unusual for an appeals court to allow a lower court to proceed but them nail them when it comes up on appeal. They dont like to upset the order of things until the lower court has done its thing. Unless something really fucking stupid is in motion which of court it is.
