  1. I like the Color of Money. good flick.

Never liked Morgan Freeman. Mediocre actor imo. Nothing he does is 'believable' to me. He stinks.

Shawshank Redemption is a great flick. Tim Robbins makes that film for me.

Tim is also great in "Cadillac Man" with Robin Williams. LOVE THAT MOVIE :)

What was that movie that Freeman did with Brad Pitt. I had such high hopes for movie but Freeman's poor performance ruined it for me

  3. yes he was. that was the exception.

Se7en was that movie i couldn't recall till now. He STANK in that and freakin ruined the movie for me. Brad, on other hand, was superb and kept it alive as much as he could but it still died

  4. I kinda see what you mean.I find with actors like Morgan Freeman I don't see them as actually being the character, more of 'oh that's Morgan Freeman as a general/God.I also find this with Tom Cruise in his later films, you just know it's Tom Cruise playing a Samurai/hitman/Nazi.

I thought Se7en was great and actually imo Spacey was the weak link in that.

  7. Which film do you guys think portrays the streets of New York City (back before it was cleaned up) in the rawest and grittiest way?

TAXI DRIVER 1976 or MIDNIGHT COWBOY 1969 ?

Or perhaps you know of another film.

A new Wonder Woman movie is in production and scheduled for release sometime in 09. Unfortunately, it is going to be an animated PG-13 movie, so I doubt it will do well. The voice of Wonder Woman is going to be done by Keri Russell.

I know that I will not go see a PG-13 animated superhero movie, and I doubt many others will either. Sometimes I wonder what producers are thinking. I bet a full on Wonder Woman movie with all the special effects could be a blockbuster.

I've said it before and I'll say it again...

"The House of Sand and Fog"
with Jennifer Connelly and Ghandi guy. It could be said that I'm partial to JC, nevertheless, it doesn't diminish her performance in this role.

Ghandi guy was also good in "Sexy Beast"

Somebody yelled David Cronenberg so I have to go with "Brazil"
    Ducts everywhere! Terrorism themed again.
