What debt? The USA has no debt, according to @piezoe I wish you two would discuss this, because I still do not understand how it can be true that there is no such thing as national debt.

Perhaps bc we have a Central Bank with no hard limits on printing. It's why the Eurozone has an edge if they would get off their lazy asses.

Well, you are saying that we added 5T to the debt. Now you are saying there is no debt, which aligns with piezoe's thesis? Which is it?

Do we or do we not have national debt? Is the national debt clock just a novelty around the corner from Times Square?

I'm stating that it is likely Piezoe's take. FRB and Treasury operations are highly scrutinized and we have a debt ceiling that can only be raised with a vote in Congress.

Got it maestro. Anyone who disagrees with your politics is dumb and stupid. Indeed, better to stop right here.

Hrmmmm... You say you are on piezoe's side, but he seems to flat out state that we have no actualized debt. If you can find it within your free time, seek out his posts on this issue and digest them. He seems to flatly reject the idea of any national debt whatsoever. I believe he even poopooed the idea of us having a debt ceiling. It was like persona non-grata to him. He has gone into deeper specifics of why he feels this in his posts, but I cannot recall the details. *shrugs*
