I hate major rate decision days...someone is playing politics and string puller with the market the way it gyrates and zig-zags like that.
But it's all fair game, I suppose.

Mincing words and thoughts for your agenda. Say something semi-bad, but back it up a bit later with really good news to booster again.

I could truly care less though, I don't trade/gamble on reports.
