How does Risk Mgr / Bear Stearns qualify you for anything? Isn't that like the biggest 'F' of all time, until LEH, of course

Well actually if you look at what happened at Bear and a lot of other firms it was as a result of them totally ignoring the plea's from the risk mgnt departments. I'm not sure of anything with this person, but that was a common theme across the board.
