Here you go, idiot. There was a contest that I entered and dropped right at the beginning. The contest ended. Someone looked up the results and they say the results shows a loss of 24%. I take their word for it. So the record shows that Nitro and others think I fake prints and for big trades a third party and the challenger got to see records of the partial fills and the net on a big trade in equities. Both parties drew positive conclusions as a result. I lost a contest where the loss has been determined to be 24% by a person who checked it out. http://www.elitetrader.com/vb/showthread.php?s=&postid=1410296&highlight=contest#post1410296
Hahahaha, lady I dont care about whether or not there was a contest, I just wanted to see who would go and scour the archives looking for it. LOL, I guess Trader666 is the big loser who put in the effort
If it makes you feel better to think that, go right ahead. Since you're obviously challenged, let me help you out again... do a google groups search for "Jack Hershey's System Loses 24%" and you can read Jack's pathetic attempts to obfuscate and squirm when confronted.
Sorry, I'm not obsessed with Hershey's results like you are and time stamping doesnt lie, it took you a day to find that info and post it here
T666, seriously, I'm not trying to do battle with you. Personally I think it funny that Trader28, currently Megloman, has created 50+ aliases for the SOLE purpose of trashing Jack. I know you have better things to do that to be like him and I like to jaw back and forth with that numbskull because he really has no excuse for creating all those aliases. I post on a variety of topics here, him only trashing jack (and sometimes Steve46).
i dont think tape reading is an edge that can ever be lost, it's still effective today after it began over 80 years ago. also, you have to remember, when a system is configured to counter an edge, that system will open up other ways to exploit the market. finally, when a system is profitable, everyone will eventually figure it out, making the system not profitable. this will lead people to find new profitable systems and follow them. this usually makes the original system profitable again because less people will be using it.
Hi cocaine, the clock is now running to see how long it will take T28 to switch from 26% to 24%. It took a while for him to raise his original 24 to 26%. As Spyder observed, it takes a little nudge now and then to keep the advertizing team on point here and elsewhere.
I agree, a system based on order flow is a good approach that cannot be outdated easily. Agree again, a good system can be profitable for long time in long run. But that doesn't mean no fears at all for any worries, perhaps occasionally.
