This is similar to what I'm doing now but with 2 sets instead of one. My first set is the warmup set though, so maybe it is just one real set I'm doing. I know this, looking back I had a shit ton of going through the motions junk volume, more often than not never really close to failure. Hell, never really close to to say 3 reps left in the tank. I coulda' been a contenda'
