The Erection Pattern

This pattern frequently uses a high frequency strategy.

Under certain circumstances, automation is used. Others prefer using the pattern with a mechanical system.

Once the erection pattern is revealed, there is very little discretion in terms of how it is used.

 

Same pattern can be found on Asian exchanges, but they're usually smaller.

This is actually an Asian exchange. The kospi trades on the Korean Stock Exchange.

Can never be too big to fail.

 

Nothing new. I've been playing with that setup for a while.

 

I'd be interested to know if anyone here just using this chart alone, could have called the short ahead of time.

On my end I see flip of all resistance, potential of right shoulder holding.

Of course, after the RS broke, it was a short down to retest the low, but from my POV it was a buy with those strong bars and flipping several levels of R (if purely going off of this chart).

 

I couldn't do dick today with the kospi. Evidently, the position to take after completion of the erection pattern was to get long and stay long until the close. It's like the market is on viagra.

 

I think that you have to be careful that they don't ascend.
