Appears highly unlikely to me, it would require the cooperation of nations moving towards autocracy, nations moving towards oligarchy, and nations with intact democracies. Seriously, if you think the beginning of the end starts during October - December 2021... Why would you only stock up on food and other necessities ??? Why not build a nuclear fall-out shelter that's good for some of the natural disasters. If not, why not buy an RV and move to the mountains away from the population, why not get vaccinated if you think the virus will wipe out most of us or spend more quality time with your loved ones and friends. You would be buying weapons too...protecting what you have considering as the world comes to an end...the few people (30%) remaining will try to take what you have.
