Why do they then ask US companies to come? Russians hate Americans.
Russia has problems with a few wells. They are no able to get out the remaining oil, so they asked US companies to fix the problem.

How do you know they have the techonology it needs? Because you are a Russian troll?

Russians have neither the knowledge nor the equipment to do it themselves.

Venezuela and Iran want higher oil prices too. Why would they do the US any favors when they consider the US their enemy? OPEC has already refused to increase production. Saudi Arabia very pissed off at Joe Biden not making an effort to protect their oil facilities from Houthi attacks? We are just one successful Houthi attack from $150 a barrel oil, maybe even higher. How much is it now? $116 a barrel?

I merely pointed out that the listed technologies are mostly enhanced recovery techniques. They can boost efficiency and profit, especially for old wells, but aren't essential to produce oil from non-depleted fields.

My family has been here since before the Declaration of Independence, which probably disqualifies me as a Russian troll.

Even then it will reduce the production by 25 to 50%.

But also for the non-depleted fields Russian needs the Western technology. Production will go down and when essential parts are not available production will stop.

Russian has also to offer a discount of 25-30$ to find buyers for their oil. At 10 million barrels a day, they lose 250-300 million $ per day.

Your statement about your family has no value because all Russian trolls are lying. That includes you. On internet you can pretend to be anybody.
And even if your family has been here since before the Declaration of Independence, that does not say anything about you. You are clearly no typical American, because they post other things than pro Russian propaganda.

I think China doesn’t want to spoil its already spoilt image. There is certainly a secretive deal going on between Russia and China, which the world will come to know eventually, but as of now, the Chinese stance is, ‘we won’t send military help to Russia’, and the entire west can’t do anything but to accept that narrative.

Since Nixon, and probably before, we played China against Russia and Russia (back then USSR) against China.

They know that and is why they each do the same.

    Get over it.

Look, in this thread I see 2 trolls you and terr
And I have to say you both are totally comical

rubble is up 25% in the last 2 weeks, Russian stock exchange reopened and most companies grew double digit

that's all we need to know how bad Russia is doing economically

Starting next week Russia will start switching its commodities trade from Euros and dollars into rubbles and rubble will grow higher than before sanctions

And no amount of propaganda from you and terr will change those simple facts

Yes, after dropping more than 50%! ROFLMAO. Pre war RUB was around 75, now 100, so still a 33% crash. You are like comical Ali. After a drop of 50%, you need a recovery of 100% to get even.

Same story for the stockmarket. With all limitations and precautions to stop the crash to continu, this is how MOEX looks:

Oil exports down 3 million barrels a day.
That means billions of $$$ less every month to finance the war.
