There's been a discussion about an invite-only econ forum here at EliteTrader for bright folks who are either in the biz or very knowledgeable about econ, particularly US economics. It's not political and it's not a forum about what should or should not be done. Rather it is discussions about what the current situation and what are likely outcomes with a focus on how to invest to minimize risk and maximize return. It will be Austrian-centric, but not exclusive to that school. A much higher standard of civility and post content will be enforced. The posts will not be public. Membership will not be public, but invite only and not many members. Liberal or conservative or something else isn't as important as what you know and what you can offer. Interested? Write up some detail that says why you should get access and nominate a few other people in a PM to me. No guarantees that we can build this forum, when it might be ready, or that you'll get access.
