Spanish flu measures wernt a complete national shutdown. They were far more lenient and regionally dependant. That said, at this point I couldn't care less. Cat is out of the bag and c19 is nearly all hype. Definitely hoax level.
We never had a complete national lockdown with COVID-19 either; it was entirely regional by state and local governments with a complete patchwork of different policies. Seven states never locked-down for COVID-19. Very much the same as the 1918 flu and polio epidemic.
If you want to start comparing the Chinese cold to a war...let’s start comparing it to cancer and heart disease. It’s a ridiculous analogy that we should not entertain.
