It is all true. I believe Obama is nothing more than a puppet for the likes of folks like Buffet, Gates, Tata, Emanual - et al, who truly believe that by the end of all this we will be willing to work for so little that we will be able to compete with countries like China, India, Mexico etc. etc. And, they honestly believe that it's for our own good. It's not really about being smart enough, it's about being in on the scam. You, me, the masses in general could have made the play with our best guess. Some did, most didn't. Then there are the orchastrators of the whole mess. They don't have to guess, they know.
take a look at insider trading cases. these guys in the know trade on inside information and still lose money in many cases. did the guys at goldman know paulson's mindset. sure but it doesn't matter. in the foxhole there are no atheists. in the foxhole there are no capitalists. that is all u had to know.
