Unfortunately there are some facts, sad to say..... The Rouble is getting stronger. That's not meant to be in the plan.
And what does little volume do to volatility, GWB? Without an article as your answer, please. Come on, you can do it!
Biden turned the ruble into rubble. Then it quickly came back. Some current and former Treasury officials, foreign exchange traders and sanctions experts say the ruble's rebound doesn’t necessarily mean the West’s economic weapons are losing their punch. https://www.politico.com/news/2022/03/31/ruble-recovery-russia-biden-sanctions-00021850 ......... "One official pointed to a series of steps the central bank has taken to limit Russians’ ability to get rid of their rubles, including barring commercial banks from selling dollars to customers, prohibiting Russian brokerage firms from letting foreign clients sell securities, and limiting how many dollars Russians can withdraw from their bank accounts. Those all have the effect of artificially inflating the ruble’s value, the official said." ........
Who cares about fx transaction volume, price is what matters more, it's not like intraday it's highly volatile due to illiquidity, rather its trending steadily stronger day by day. Don't get me wrong and hoping for stronger ruble, but facts are facts, ruble is not collapsing. No point trying to bs to yourself.
It's just business. I know quite a few people who hate what's happening but won't pass on an opportunity to buy low and sell a bit higher for a buck.
Heh. EU asking China to help end the war in Ukraine. China be like: Okay because I don't want the US to start putting sanctions on us for doing business with Russia BUT JUST GIMME A LITTLE MORE TIME TO LOCK IN SOME MORE OF THOSE BIG BEAUTIFUL LONG TERM CONTRACTS FOR RUSSIAN OIL WHILE VLAD IS HAVING THIS BLUE LIGHT FOR THE FEW WHO ARE WILLING TO PURCHASE THEIR BLOOD-FILLED BARRELS OF OIL. So, Vlad what have you been up to lately in the last couple months? Oh, I see you totally trashed the Ukraine and Russia. Hell of a job Brownie!!!!
