The Dem primary is over

  1. Beginning to smell some napalm in the air - ie. a brokered convention.

No clear leader going into the primaries, unless you do as the tards do and assume that all national polls translate into polls for a a primary state, which I don't.

Booty doing well except he is not going to be the nominee and has not actually been doing well the last couple weeks, even though he raked in a lot of cash before he declined. Bernie doing very well but he is not going to be the nominee. Amy Klobuchar doing well because she has cousins in Iowa- other than that she is just a regional candidate.

And then there is Joe. It's all fine and dandy if he can avoid a brokered convention. Otherwise, there are a lot of progressive not-Joe votes tied up in Bernie, Warren, and Booty (no, Booty is not a moderate). Those votes cobbled together and applied to one candidate are more than what Joe has. If he is the clear leader that I am told he is then he will be able to keep it from going to a brokered convention. If not, well then..........
