The Day Trading Thread

Discussion in 'Index Futures' started by MarkBrown, Jun 4, 2019.

  1. MarkBrown,

    Thanks.

    Let's see if I follow.

I added 200 ema and RSI on my 3 minute chart.

After session open price falls below 200 ema and trends down.

The blue arrow shows double top at my resistance area, RSI value high > 50, and price action rejection here.

    Enter short for about $300.

Is my logic correct for trading with trend using long term EMA and RSI example?

  3. Yes Yes Yes. Having a trend indicator to only look for price action setup can reduce trade amount as well or over trading.

Gosh, I can't believe I'm gonna get into this, but what the heck.

So since @MarkBrown has me blocked, he won't see this, but he also has @destriero blocked, and yet he mentions him in posts all the time, so clearly he is checking in on him quite frequently.

He made this post today about how he is calling out dest for being a "slick scammer". Now who the hell knows, all we have to go on in dest's real time calls (both of which in the past 2 weeks have been spot on, the fabulous long and recent short), and also the screen shots of his account that he shows, which look pretty damn legit. But hey, maybe those profits are pale in comparison to what MarkBrown pulls in, so I can almost see why he isn't impressed.

But when is @MarkBrown finally going to get around to showing us his statement? Maybe just a few trades on a chart? Maybe a trade call posted a minute after entry? I mean dude, if you're gonna go calling someone a slick scammer who is actually showing some proof, shouldn't you also have something to offer, other than a headshot in a suit?

  6. I don't want to disappoint you to say that your way of using indicators is only for lazy traders and it won't work effectively.

    right mister.
newbies (including me when I started trading years ago)
started with lots of indicators because we were taught by crooked fake scam coaches.

as we progress along, we throw away all those useless worthless indicators.

  8. You seem to repeat this post over and over again. We all got fooled somewhere and somehow. What matter most is how you manage to turn the whole thing into a positive outcome. In this case, I bet you figure out your own way to trade profitably. So, don't let such hatred to consume you forward because your life is precious which you don't want to let those feelings to make you feel unpleasant each time when you think of it. Not worth a dime lol.

Me, I'm not a smart person, but I work extremely hard to become a successful one and I seldom let negative things to bother me. I got scammed by all kind of people everywhere, especially travelling in asia these days. But I seldom let those things to ruin in my day or my life. Hell, I don't even try to recall it.

You see. I just exited a trade and made some money gain today. Now, I'm going to take a walk outside with my dog and enjoy my time with him. I'll grab some snacks from a convenient store and share with him. Simple things like this will make my day going better. Guess what? I might get scammed again with a buck or two from convenient store since I don't look like a local person and speak with an accent. So what. My dog likes beef jerky from this store lol. As long as he really likes it, I don't mind to get scammed again because I'm happy while he is happy.

  9. Seaweed, I don't know how successful you are with your trading business. If you are on here learning how to improve, then perhaps you can act the way like SimpleMeLike does. You might learn a thing or two from Mark as well as from Dest. It's not fun to go on criticizing others when you have your own backyard to take care of.

Anyway, I'm not trying to pick a fight with you or anything. I'm just saying that if you are able to learn a thing or two from his posts, it worths it, right? Whether Mark is a con artist or not is not something we concern about since we have nothing to lose. The same goes with Dest. as well as making our moderators' job easier since this is a free forum for all of us.

I spend too much time on here. I hope you get my point. Ciao.

  10. Good morning humbletrader2016,

I appreciate you for the comment. NO, please critique what I am doing. I have no problem with that at all. I will not trade with real money the indicators mention on this thread, it is just ideas I am writing down.

    Thanks,
