You're really not seeing my point? Apart from a few rare exceptions (granted, this specific instance might be an example), once you control for type of work, experience, and hours worked, the vaunted "gender pay gap" vanishes.
But if he employs ALL women and no men in his company, then there is no gender discrimination if he's paying his female employees all the same level of salary. He is pleased to pay whatever salary amount he pleases to his female employees; he's not obligated to be competitive on how much he chooses to pay to his employees. The only thing is he won't attract any employees especially with the labour market being so tight with the unemployment rate so low. LOL

I DOUBT if any ''gender pay gap'' exits when things are equal like nursing, most likely females earn more/ especially since there are more females in nursing......................................
