But anyhow, this is actually a prediction thread although I am posting under Politics, and I actually hope I am going to be wrong. Unfortunately, they are pretty predictable (not going to concede ever) with their actions.

So assuming I am right, how does this effect you as a trader? Once the market realizes that there is no peaceful transition of power, it is going to tank hard. How hard? A 2000 Dow points is a given. let's throw in a little TA, and the gap from 2 weeks ago will be filled. That is around 27000 Dow or 3310 SPX.

What time frame are we talking about here? It may take a long time (weeks) for the market to realize what is going on, but in the week of Dec 8-14, it should be clear eventually, Trump is not giving up power without a possible military fight.

Dec 8th is the deadline to resolve the disputes on the state level, and Dec 14th is when the electors vote.

— Dec. 14: Electors vote by paper ballot in their respective states and the District of Columbia. TL;DR: SPX to 3310 by Dec 14th.
