Agreed, PC's live in some weird fantasy world, where everything is perfect and they just can't see the harm there doing in the real world, which there too scared of or don't understand so they ignore it.

It's not about being woke but prudent risk management. He sounds like a lawsuit waiting to happen and that will spell trouble for investors. Just poor judgment here, the woke people are idiots but you have to account for their stupidity.

All this politically correct posturing is really dumbing down our senses. I mean, shit, you can't even joke openly anymore because there are so many sentimental sissies. Geezus, grow some balls for crying out loud.

Heightening them also, omg someone said something and I disagree and because there right but I can't face this I'm going to have a melt down, then I'll pick on there for a spelling mistake, that'll make me feel better and prove me right.

The OP is very deceiving. Fisher's fall is more due to his outrageously expensive fee structure - especially given his modest returns. Compare Fisher's fees to Vanguard.

The fact of the matter is that Fisher has lagged the S&P 500 for about a decade now.

That's not really it. Fisher charges outrageous fees for under performing the S&P 500 by something like 17% the past 15 years. There was a 10 year period where he was down 54% compared to the S&P 500. Vanguard charges like 0.3% and Fisher charges like 1.74% annually.

What you all who don't actually know Ken Fischer are missing is that the guy is really just a dick and has been for years......while as @bone mentioned significantly underperforming on any measure you care to use. No matter how anti-PC you are he's still just a jerk, plain and simple. I'm guessing that if any of the folks defending him actually knew him they wouldn't be spewing about the end of civilization due to the inability of anyone to be an asshole without consequence....they'd instead be saying something along the lines of "couldn't have happened to a better guy".

As for all the folks who are just so passionate about their "right" to be an asshole, what you're calling PC is really just a clever screening device the rest of us use so that you self-identify and self-select out of our organizations....because life's too short for the rest of us to deal with assholes when we don't have to. It's actually working pretty well at that, and the more you whine about it the more the rest of us feel pretty good about how well its working.

That's right... exactly. If you're an under-performing dick then you really don't want to give anyone a convenient excuse to fire your ass.
