You already are, this is precisely why you are being harassed and banned, for your constant whining in the incorrect forums.
At least 4 of the "no" votes have been by the same poster, after being banned and resurrected, so keep that in mind. He likes to vote with each new alias to fool everyone into thinking that there are really more people out there that arent bothered by his behaivor. We will all work hard to make sure this guy just gives up and leaves ET for good (doubtful) or new measures will be implimented to counteract his dynamic IP address (much more realistic). Either way, enough of a stink is being made that new changes are bound to happen. I am very excited to see ET get cleaned up and a better environment created for all. Get rid of the few bad apples and things really should improve

The person in charge of moderating that forum hasnt posted on this site since 2004, my guess is he isnt moderating either.
We need to focus on ridding ET of those who disrespect the rules and disrespect fellow posters on a consistent basis. Focusing on anything else in this thread is really unimportant.
And those who lead many new traders down the path of "interpret hundreds of pages of my hieroglyphics and you will succeed." I have seen enough of the man to know a worship seeker when I see one. I challenged Jack to a one on one, and he said his stats would be too good for my requirements. And of course, he declined. He always seems to do that, doesn't he?
I have read over some other threads in feedback and thats given me the good idea not to quote the trolls who reappear here anymore. See, its all too obvious. A new poster "appears" and his first several posts are all down here telling me I shouldnt complain and blah blah blah. We, I hate to break it to this guy but thats what feedback is. If you cant behave, if you cannot control yourself and if you choose to ignore the rules of ET, then this is what you get. Hopefully you will be banned at a much faster rate than before. Everytime your new alias pops up I'm hitting complain as many times as I can when I see your typical posts. I hope others do the same. See, its way too easy to know who you are, you have a one track mind and you post about the same stuff over and over. Very easy to spot. I hope others complain as well, if they see a new alias pop up speweing the same hate and anger towards others.

Just check out the source, Kleptokid writes: "that's why you need to focus on a complete stranger and blame him for all the ills of the world, then you can tell yourself it's not your fault that you are failing in trading and life" Sounds exactly like his own issues, spends all his time bashing Jack Hershey who is a stranger to him because he is angry for whatever reasons. I mean, Kleptokid wreaks of hypocracy, he tells people that they should "use their brains and ignore the trolls" but cannot resist starting Hershey threads ad nausem (zero self control). By far the biggest hypocrite ET has ever seen. Hell, I would love to become a mod so that I can roam around banning this jerk everytime he comes in and starts trouble. Would be a lot of fun, not to mention would solve alot of the ongoing issues.
