I agree with that for the most part but I think employers,the military,cruises etc have a right to to make getting vaxxed a requirement.
I don't agree with that. It should be up to the individual to decide especially on a largely unproven and untested vaccine. The cruise lines only mandated vaccines due to government requirements. If they wanted to do it on their own, that's their decision to lose business.
Other than the legal anti discrimination stuff Im sure you would agree that a person has the right to decide who to allow or not allow on their personal property correct?
So an employer and cruise line has the right to prevent the unvaccinated on their private property right?
The property of an employer who owns or rents that property owns the rights to that property,and they have a right to say you are not welcome there.The owner of a cruise ship or place of business can have people removed or arrested for trespassing if they don't want you there.So if an employer or cruise ship says they don't want the unvaccinated on their property that is their right,right?
A business can refuse service---an employer cannot refuse employment. Either way, the government cannot mandate.
