  1. I will enjoy it.

“All legislative Powers herein granted shall be vested in a Congress of the United States, which shall consist of a Senate and House of Representatives.”
    — U.S. Constitution, Article I, section 1

The Constitution says nothing about congressional investigations and oversight, but the authority to conduct investigations is implied since Congress possesses “all legislative powers.” The Supreme Court determined that the framers intended for Congress to seek out information when crafting or reviewing legislation.

  3. Oh, I am familiar with the Constitution - far more than you. And as I said, Congress has the authority to conduct inquiries where it is pursuing a legislative purpose. Otherwise, investigations are the responsibility of the executive branch, with the exception that Congress may invoke impeachment powers where it has voted to do so.

And when a subpoena has been presented to the president, the court is empowered to inquire into the purpose of the inquiry. Is it because it is considering legislation or is it because it is pursuing an impeachment? The motive will be determined by examining the expressed will and purpose of the initiating congressmen- and the record clearly shows that it is for the purpose of pursuing impeachment. Don't be surprised if the court sees that, and as I said, even if Trump loses, he screws up the dems little timetable beyond recognition and takes it into a timeframe where all of the dems have agreed that that is not what they want to be doing during campaign season. Thus, their little plan to have it over by the end of October. Now totally, totally blown out of the water.

Go ahead and be right about everything. Send me a little Christmas card if Trump is removed by impeachment.

At this time, there is no need to interview the whistleblower. This is because the whistleblower did not have first hand knowledge of anything and we have the call transcript that reveals what really happened. The whistleblower is obsolete.

There is a 2nd whistleblower with first hand knowledge. But you're right, the memo of the call (not transcript) released by the WH and Trump's/Giuliani's public statements are damning enough and confirm what the whistleblower alleged.

There really is no way that there can be a whistleblower on a president anyway. The whistle can only be blown on a member of the intelligence community of which a president is not part of. The intelligence community works for a president. Both so called whistleblowers are fraudulent and thus fake whistleblowers. In any event, nothing criminal or untoward was revealed to be on the transcript and this illegal impeachment inquiry is falling apart.

  8. I look forward to seeing all the swamp spies/fake whistleblowers outed and their connection to dem candidates and Brennan exposed.

Also the whistleblower act does not guarantee or provide for secrecy in impeachment proceedings. They might want to have that in mind as they continue to think that they can just lob shit over the wall and not be challenged and outed.

Hunt them down, and out them. Guaranteed to leak anyway.

The House is attempting to shield the Hoaxblower from having to appear in person, testify or be cross-examined.

Totally bogus. That dog is not going to hunt.
