Didn't do much today. Reversed EEM (long->short) on the open. That's it. I (almost) never reduce or increase exposure to stocks. I am always invested in all my stock strategies at all times. I just have varying means of hedging on top (SPY puts or ES short, right now SPY puts). I am always fully hedged any day of the year, the question is only if by ways of puts or short futures. Puts are cheaper in an up market (I bought these last week), short futures obviously the way to go when IV is very high and puts are expensive by historical standards.

Pretty obvious prediction. There ALWAYS is a bear trap. Of course, no one knows how many times the bear gets what he wants before. If the tick (NYSE) hits +1000, and the most recent pivot high is cleared, then I'd say the trap is sprung. Good luck to all.
