Some on the Internet wondered if Rich was killed because of his work as a staffer with the Democratic National Committee, even suggesting he had handed WikiLeaks the 20,000 emails that embarrassed the DNC and forced the ouster of its chairwoman. Others suggested he was helping the FBI expose wrongdoing in the presidential election, and that made him a target. On Tuesday, WikiLeaks shoved those conspiracy theories into the mainstream when it announced on Twitter a $20,000 reward for information leading to a conviction in Rich’s killing on July 10 in the 2100 block of Flagler Place NW. Very bizarre situation, but if you were around during Bill Clinton's terms, you know that this kind of stuff trails behind the Clinton's like an oil slick. Most people will never know or work with anyone who is murdered or commits suicide. There have been a suspiciously long list of such murders and "suicides" of people closely connected to the Clintons, going back to their Arkansas days. It was so prevalent then, a term was coined, "Arkancides", to describe suspicious deaths that the police invariably ruled to be suicides despite none of the usual indicia of suicide being present. Certainly two bullets in the back in a high crime area simplify matters for all involved. None of that messy Vince Foster-style crime scene questions, with the inevitable loose ends. As for WikiLeaks, their actions certainly imply that Rich was a source. It is not hard to imagine a young, idealistic white man from Nebraska being shocked by the level of corruption, hate and sleaze at the DNC under Wasserman-Schultz. At the same time, this could be a classic spy maneuver. Throw suspicion on the dead guy to protect your in-place asset.

Friends of Shawn Lucas, the attorney who was found unconscious on his bathroom floor after serving the DNC with a lawsuit, are reportedly “freaked out” by the strange circumstances surrounding his death. Lucas appeared in a video in which he served papers relating to a lawsuit against the DNC alleging that then DNC chairwoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz “rigged the primary for Hillary Clinton”.
