Actually we have said all along that foreign powers undoubtedly hacked Hillary's basement email server on which she saw fit to archive top secret documents. She was an obvious target and she made it ridiculously easy for them, leading many to question why she would do that. The Wikileaks release of DNC and Podesta files is trickier, since there apparently is no real evidence, just a lot of "trust us" from political hacks running the intell agencies. The more we see of their reasoning, the less confidence we have in them.
