What's the deal with this bad boy? Completion, height, use, etc...Chicago's skyline is already amazing, in my opinion the best in the world. We have the Trump, Aqua, and this Spire. Olympics? I think so.
The athletes can be housed in vacant luxury units, with a great view of the Lake! The height of the "Spire" will probably have to be reduced, just as Trump Tower was, in order to get financing.
