The chArt of Deception

  1. for a moment I thought you had Mad Cow Disease:D

    If you took every daytrader in the world, and every small investor, and put the whole lot together, they would be like a needle in a haystack:)

    When I post what a $trillion looks like, you will see what it is I am talking about.

    If any trader thinks that he is part of the market, in any real way, then he is living in Wonderland, and might as well put on Alices' dress:D

  2. YM,

    You have been educated in the following;

    P=VxI

    which also means

    I=P/V

    and also

    V = P/I

    Which is the most important relationship?

    Since I design circuits for cell phones, I am most concerned about battery life, so power consumption is my main concern, p=v*i. Of course it is difficult to keep reducing the voltage and still be able to detect a 1 or a 0.

    And yes, I totally agree, we are but small pikers in the huge vast financial markets, not even in the noise. It is our job to attach ourselves where the big/smart money is going.

    The green are the highs, the red are the lows, the yellow are the daily open.

    The last 2 boxes are legs up. I would stay with the trend and look for a 3rd leg up.

    Edit: especially since the close was above a prev swing high.

    Even though this thread has move to other pictures – I will allow a view into how I think (perceive)

    My “view” of the two pictures

    One is older, one newer

    One shows the beauty (inner and outer) of a simple woman, the other a voluptuous woman

    One has brunet hair, the other blond

    One is slightly faded, the other in hues

    In both pictures the women have dainty fingers

    In one picture all the features seem dainty, the other exaggerated

    What was the artists thinking, I truly don’t know…, but in one I feel the artist was at peace doing what he loved, in the other in other – he was probably thinking how appealing his image be and how it would appeal to... the herd

    What I “see”

    The Mona Lisa, painted in the 16th century by Leonardo da Vinci – Value = Priceless

    A replica of the Mona Lisa – Value = Worthless

    As a trader - my only goal is to make money

    As a trader – one of these perspective serves me well, the other is totally useless – and may vary well cost me money

    Took me 5 nanoseconds to go from my “view”, to what I “see”.... and about two minutes to write these words

    "Doesn’t matter what you think – only how"…. My colleague’s words are well worth repeating again....

    I see a few have taken the interest, and initiative – to work out the price chart – I believe I’ll leave it alone for now so as not to taint the thought process

    Kudos to you for having the heart and desire - and not being afraid to ask questions

    I wish you all the success you desire

    I answered your question. I believe it will go higher. You are as obscure or perhaps as oblique in your writing as The General or Jack. You made no mandatory evaluation of boxes in your request.
