According to barchart, with prices adjusted for dividends, MSTR outperformed MSTY since Feb 23, 2024 by a large margin. And, that's not including any taxes withheld from MSTY's dividend.
That chart is overly optimistic/wrong because MSTY only returned 177% not 275%. So even further behind MSTR. I bet the people running MSTY made a killing in fees as well, fleeced from all the suckers who are investing in it.
You guys are too dense to understand high yield dividends is the problem lol. You can play both. I may take a (call) leap at mstr once it goes sub 300... But just holding shares is dead money 90% of the time.... Compounded by dilution now it can't even return to its all-time highs when Bitcoin's been posting multiple all-time highs recently... Might as well just hold mstu instead. If you want to correctly figure your gains then you should add up your p&L and then subtract all the lost dividends.... So if you gained $200,000 on Mstr but during that time you could have collected $137,000 on msty then your equivalent gain is actually only 63k.

(2008) Lambo... And if you think dividends are just getting your own money back then you have no clue.
We are looking at the worst case scenario. Do you guys have any reading comprehension at all? And even in the worst case scenario you still come out fine BECAUSE of the dividend. Since inception: Start date 23-Feb-2024 Price 21.60 Investment $100,000 Shares 4,630 Unrealized gains/loss -$2,037.04 Dividends received $177,632.41 Yield 177.63% NAV $275,595 Monthly income $11,842.10 Mstr dropped from 550 to under 300. How much money did you make then?
Thank you very much for your kind discussion. Risk control management is the core and key. Each time the accumulated floating loss amount of the position reaches a certain level, Then it will be released. I will continue to show.
Here is what yahoo finance has for MSTY prices adjusted for dividends from the close Feb 23, 2024 to the close Jul 1, 2025: (20.89 / 5.64 * 100) - 100 == a gain of 270.39% which is consistent with the barchart chart from earlier today. So the number posted by @wxytrader was only off by ~100%.
Instead of constantly mentioning that busted ass old Lambo how bout pic of you P/L statement or trade blotter? How bou dat? So we can see how you're the greatest trader since Livermore.
