I might have to admit I'm wrong about this BREXIT situation.... I thought they were going to stay but it looks like now they might be leaving...

The market should go down for a few days here. Tomorrow would be a bit early to commit cash. No August 24 opening here. You need margin selling to get a repeat of the August 24 opening. You're not going to get margin selling when the starting point is a few points from an all-time high on the S&P.

Good going. Maybe just sell half and let the rest ride a few days. I expect the downward pressure to persist a few days. There is no catalyst for the market right now...

  5. I'm amazed at what is going on. It's not like come Monday the Brits are out of the EU. What this vote does is push forward an application to the EU for withdrawal upon which the Brits and the EU will then have a 2 year window to negotiate terms to try and keep the Brits in the union.

I always think that about there be no catalyst and out of no where the markets gap up 5%%%%

Any gap down and the bulls will be riding it back up....they want new highs and will probably get it....this will be another buying opportunity... Rinse and repeat....

You and everybody else, lol. The bookies had "leave" at 12-1 late this afternoon. Now it's 11-8. Whoever took the 12-1 is feeling pretty good right now. "Leave" is in the lead, but the London votes are just coming in, and they are expected to vote "stay". Will be very close...

Thanks for that info...which means they aren't leaving...2 years to negotiate.... It should be 2 days..... 2 years is a joke.

So I'm still sticking with my original prediction that they are staying....futures will surge from -550 to +300....an 800+ move once the votes pour in that Britain is staying.
