    (1) which one currency you are measuring the USD against or
    (2) how to calculate the basket of EUR, JPY, GBP, CHF, AUD and CAD against which we can determine the magnitude of the USD's decline

    it is not possible to provide a specific percentage in response to the question in your poll.
