I think Baron should add a 'scratching head' emoticon just in honour of Harry. The one with 3 ? on top just doesn't communicate the utter confusion that Harry can inspire.

  7. I never saw the film :D. In fact I read the scenario and for me it is a caricature of chaos theory for the mass public. I never saw XFiles or Matrix either :D. Because I only look at reality with real searching and not science fiction. Many of you believe in AT drawing straight lines like Alchemists or Sorcerers or look for Fibonacci numbers justifying with laughable argument like - "a mathematician discovered a few century ago" hahaha and so what that would be the cause of order just because someone study the sequence ?!!! - THIS IS COMPLETELY ABSURD and as for me I didn't believe in it until I PROVED IT wheras you don't just ask yourself WHY MARKET FOLLOW A CARICATURE OF ORDER ! So many of you just base on PURE RELIGIOUS BELIEF so you are pityful to come and say to me that it is me that is the fool :D All the scientists deny theses lines or fibonacci since there is no reason at all A PRIORI and THEY WILL NEVER FIND THE REASON IF THEY ONLY SUPPOSE AGENT THEORY because agent theories are just MACROSPIC AND STOCHASTIC approach and with such APPROACH they will never get CLOSE TO CAUSALITY by DEFINITION. And the CAUSE behind the market is NNNOOOOOTTTTTT MASS PSYCHOLOGY as PRECHTER'S GURU ADVOCATE, MASS PSYCHOLOGY IS ONLY THE EFFECT OF THE HIDDEN CAUSE, NOT THE CAUSE ITSELF ! IT'S JUST IMPOSSIBLE STATISTICALLY BECAUSE OF THE PRECISION OF SUPPORT AND RESISTANCE ON INTRADAY BASIS !

For comparison with Dow to illustrate what I said about the imprecision of SP500 compared to Dow on my model the projection calculated Thursday for Friday's session on SP500 was 811.74 or 813.32 on scales 2 - daily scale - (depending if you look at spot or future chart) and looking at scale 1 - hourly - the nearest point from the 2 above was 809 (it was also at projection 10 the end of a cycle on hourly scale). So on SP500 there were two estimations on scales 2 811.74 or 813.32 whereas on DJI you had both charts pointing to the same number of 8572 that's an illustration of the relative imprecision of SP500 calculation compared to Dow although looking at scale 1 give a more exact number (809.93).

Also if you look at the maxima it was 831.33 or 832.39 which was also less precise than for Dow. Although there is a particular correction to do when a maxima is denoted BRK this means a BREAK zone and when market is weak at top it often stop on a projection preceding the BREAK zone so that one could take rather 830.66 or 831.39.

I also precised in another thread not this one - see Cama post - that these numbers represent less support and resistance than potentials for predicting turning points. If I wanted to give S&R really, I have another equations sets for that can give precision to the pinpoint. If I combine the two it could enhance the system but I have some difficulty in implementing it algorithmically. But what is important and difficult is to get the trend picture and turning point than the S&R. And as S&R the potentials give enough precision in practice (for daytrading futures) although not as precise as I could do if I wanted to but at the expense of much more calculations and algorithmic difficulty to solve. I judged that it is not worth since each time I have to spend a salary engineer to do the programming stuff and in France the salary cost is huge due to social taxes.
