If that is in fact how you feel....you probably shouldn't be doing it. jmho.

We shouldn't succumb to emotions, but should be guided by logical thinking. Isn't it so?

Are logic and emotion not polar opposites?

    Research mindfulness

That way one retains their human-ness..., yet can operate with cold and calculated decisiveness

Emotions add color to the palette of life

You wake up one morning. As you pass the clerk, you hear a jolly good morning and she smiles to you. Another coworker compliments you on your new haircut. Later, your boss pass by your cubicle and says she's really impressed by your presentation yesterday. After 7 more positive compliments, you arrive at the last meeting of the day where your team is summarily blamed for something that haven't even happened yet with no possibility to speak back.

What do you take with you after this? The 10 compliments, or the 1 blame-game where someone tried to pass their own incompetence and recklessness over the well-known silo-fence? Could something like that, or worse, disturb or ruin your day?

Go deeper. Where did the emotion come from, if not from logic and thought? Are most people even aware of what's happening?

What can that mean for people who believe they are perfectly logical beings?

  9. Ameen, still in learning step and not yet success, but still grateful because treat forex as part time giving more pleasure and not relying only from trading

  10. I totally agree. Those who still trade emotionally are the ones who keep going in and out without knowing what they are doing. Such traders tend to be the amateur ones.

Ask those who have been ACTIVELY trading for over a decade and still thriving in this trading business, will they still trade emotionally? I probably guess not.
