The Biden-Harris campaign once agains avoids answering on court packing at VP debate

Did Obama nominate Garland in an election year? Would he have been approved had Republicans not held the Senate? Yep. On both accounts.

Democratic President nominated candidate. Republic President nominates candidate. Same same.

Unless you're going to tell me the Democrats would not have approved Garland had they had control of the senate.

Sounds to me like both parties are equally hypocritical and equally play "the game". Change my mind.

A supreme court judge should decide the law based on the law, not personal views. What really happens though? They make the result match their party line with the very odd contrary one for the cheap seats.
