My rating of the Biden-Harris Administration remains “Above Average” with a positive outlook, as in “Elite” status being in play, if not probable at this point. While it is easy to be a hero to most when you “Give away money”, Joe is certainly hitting prominent economic growth engines, seemingly making all the right moves in reforming taxation, such that economic and social impact per tax dollar raised will be minimized, and also is addressing inequities involving corporations abusing their monopoly or oligopoly positions, either freeing up consumer spending to other areas for a more dynamic economy or creating opportunities for more agile and often more innovative small businesses. Money, although not as cheap as before, is easier to obtain due to relaxed credit standards, but possibly too relaxed. However, home renovation and new home construction has a major positive impact on other consumer spending as well as tax revenues. Infrastructure spending that includes offshore wind power as well as other alternative energy projects, helps with US energy independence and preparedness, potentially providing a tangible return on investment. Further, where energy is plentiful, clean water, food security, and more competitive manufacturing are often not far behind. Defense spending, in spite of concerns about excessive waste, does help with preparedness, innovation, and job growth. The Biden Administration, as prior administrations, has maintained positive influence upon major, profitable companies in being proactive in maintaining head counts while also making extra efforts to employ the services of small businesses, reducing Covid’s overall economic impact. Recent US action in Syria, although initially concerning, may be a net positive because it shows US willingness to get their hands dirty, potentially keeping certain countries from pursuing a more aggressive and dangerous path. While the economic outlook for the US seems exceptional right now, there are significant societal and financial challenges ahead. Many Americans are able to make good money right now without being particularly productive or accountable. There are examples of workers quitting their jobs and “Choosing higher paid unemployment”. The other day, I observed 14 man-hours wasted on a counterproductive effort. My own productivity has dropped, not by choice, but by contract, while my compensation has more than tripled. There is significant potential the various stimulus programs are creating a moral hazard that could compromise the work ethic and the “Can-do”, problem solving aspects of American culture. Further, labor, as a component of the costs of production, has gotten a whole lot more expensive from a cost versus productivity standpoint, increasing the viability of automation as a substitute for human labor. Those countries that have expensive labor will be vulnerable to countries that fully embrace automation, economically, technologically, and militarily. The answer to these concerns seems to lay within changes to our economic system and national priorities. Increasing emphasis on land reclamation, alternative energy, space exploration, and food security seems quite logical at this point. Yes, it seems socialistic with major elements of a “Command economy”, but we have been headed that way for a long time, almost as if being guided by an “Invisible hand” of events and corresponding policy implementations. The issue of ballooning national debt may be resolvable over time through an extended period of economic growth, continued technological advancement, and positive evolution of our culture. If we can address the inherent deficiencies of our now semi-Socialist system and human nature, we will enter a age where quality of life for all will hit new highs. To that end, increasing the quality and expectations of our education system and media should go a long way to having a positive influence on our culture and even global society at large, for a change.

I was really hopeful they would do well. He is nothing but a dolt. She laughs like a maniac when questioned by the press. I give them until the Summer. By then you will have 10's of 1000's at the border. It's just getting started... Venezuelan military offensive sends thousands fleeing, recharging one of the world’s worst refugee crises
There is more going on with “US border security” than our Southern border, but I’m not going to do the research on low-level concerns, at least from my perspective, for you guys.
