Well, since life began with bacteria, and scientists created a bacterium in the lab several months ago, the notion that life sprang fully-formed as the result of a divine hand is a bit more shaky.
You could see it as a God in the gaps but I am not arguing : "therefore there is a God." At the time I was bringing those argument up to show there is a problem with the idea we all got here by random chance and/or that there is no proof there is no Creator. Stu an I argued about those points for years... until the evidence came out overwhelmingly that stu was wrong. Now there are videos from top scientists stating (if there is only one universe) it does appear designed... and that one explanation could be a Creator... altough many scientists usually speculate the multiverse is a better idea. This time I brought up those arguments because Stu was dead ass wrong on those arguments... too. He stated there was plenty of science showing life evolved for non life and for year here was arguing that top scientists were not saying our universe appears designed.
