  3. you gotta be kidding me, after 10 pages bickering about how I dare to ask for trade entries or exits you start asking me what I mean with TA? Sorry but I prefer to cut my loss now instead of wasting any more time on your apparent lack to follow along...

  4. @CalVolibrator - I saw your post about all quiet. No, I haven't but my responses may be a little slow today. OpEX tomorrow and I still have open positions I need to close so that takes priority. No, I won't go all quiet, grow up and stop making it so personal.

@Surf - If I put in the effort to get the link, what do I get for it? No benefit to proving you a liar, you did that yourself in Surfer Alerts.

  5. nobody takes anything personal, but dont you also feel that when you argue with someone and an hour later he asks you how you would define the very focal point of the discussion that such person is either idiotic or tries to waste your time?

  6. You said:-
Among those who look to boast, my point was there is hardly a single soul who derived their profits from TA while there are numerous ones who generated their pnl off the back of fundamentals, quant strategies, quant overlays, momentum discretionary, spreads, volatility. This is my point. If TA works for so many why is there not one among those who do display their skills to the public on this site who bases his trading purely on TA?

This is why I asked for your definition of TA. Momentum discretionary and volatility are among those I would classify as TA. Apparently not you, which is why I asked rather than just criticised you outright.

  7. The career you forged is on the sales side though right? Marketing and attracting funds. Would you have a career if it was dependent on your pure trading profits?

  8. You would classify volatility trading as Technical Analysis? Sorry but I really do not know what else to say. You said you work on option expiries? Interesting...I guess people like you guarantee why so many investment banks and buy side firms on the other side of your kind's trade are still alive and kickin....
