This biz does not operate by logic. But most cash sales are for new items that are marked up 200%. He marks up the same items another hundred percent if you want to pay for it over a twelve month period. Most used items have better profit margins but that is for new stuff. He says if you buy the same item at Lowes or Best Buy on a high rate interest credit card that you will end up paying a similar amount. But Nutmeg words of wisdom are some i won't forget soon.
