    The part about "[somebody... like the Fed] give us back all of our money like it never happened..."

    That's funny, but also potentially tragic... that's called "monetizing the [bad] debt"... it will be paid for in higher inflation and weaker buying power for all US Citizens through currency debasement.

    It's also VERY likely to happen at least to a degree.
