  1. Hello,

I stumbled upon this poll from another forum. Nevertheless, it is very interesting for me to know the ET opinions.

So, what calendar do you use in your everyday work?

    Here are some variants:

    Bloomberg

    UnderstandMarket

    Econoday

    ForexFactory

    Yahoo

Vote for one, or tell us about your favorit.

  2. Bloomberg and Baron calendar's are from the same free source of Econoday.

However, if you go directly to the Econoday free source...you get much more in-depth information via Market Focus, Who's Speaking and the International Perspective.

In my opinion, extremely valuable information especially if your a trader that wants to know when volatility is going to enter the market and/or your a trader of market seasonal/intraday tendency patterns.

With that said, if they could also put it in download form such as excel or pdf...that would be perfect for maintaining our own historical economic info to correlate with our charts of the past.

  3. I think its one of the worst.

No time schedule correlations, very little fed coverage and no international info.

Yet, I do like their LTD and FDD coverage but its not enough to save the overall usefulness of their calendar.
