The Before The Bell Calls w/ TraderBrad

Discussion in 'Politics' started by traderbrad, Apr 19, 2004.

  1. "I didn't really expect him to, but really hoped he would prove me wrong".

This is the "LOSER" mentality here that surprised the hell out of me!

You expect someone to "share" his wisdom for a few bucks($7,500) in this case. These are harsh words but frankly, you need to wise up.

I've just deleted this website from my computer. That should help most of you "stay" your present course. (there is nobody behind the curtain). See ya!

  2. I guess Richard was trying to make a point, but I'm not sure what it was. At least he was passionate , which is important. I'm sure we'll be seeing him here again, with a new nickname of course.

In regard to TraderBrad's BTB call for 4/22, it is now posted on his site, and as mentioned before, was a loser. He did make a winning call for today, however: "No Trade". Of course, I faded that call, and was able to go 3 for 4 today on the NQ, and achieve my daily goal by 11am.

I saw an excellent reply posted in the "To Prop or Not to Prop" thread in the announcements section. Someone made an inflammatory comment about the firm hosting the seminar, basically accusing them of stealing traders funds. Rather than get defensive, call names, and threaten legal action, one of the prop firms principals replied to the post in a polite and courteous manner. He invited the poster to attend the seminar, and ask any questions at that time. That is an example of how a professional businessman conducts himself when under attack. Maybe our friend TB can learn something from this example, though I doubt he cares to.

  3. Aeneas

    Aeneas

    It made sense to me.

You still sound like a ringer for TraderBadly.

  4. Okay, Aeneas, you caught me. I guess I should come clean.

TraderBrad pays me handsomely to criticize his calls, post satirical spoofs of his website, and generally be as negative about him as I can. The reason: reverse psychology. The worse he is made to look in the public eye, the better he does at recruiting new customers. It's kind of like driving by a fatal car crash, you know someone got fatally wounded, but you can't resist the urge to take a look.

I feel much better that I finally came out about that, it's been difficult keeping up the pretense that I despised this man, who has done so much for me and my trading career.

P.S. I think YOU are a ringer for Richard England, maybe a junior partner in his highly successful law firm? Are you having a VERY good day, too?

  5. With all the bickering on the board, I think you all failed to notice another 100% day.

  6. Snoop;

In the spirit of my recent admission to being a schill for TraderBrad, I feel compelled to share this bit of knowledge with you. I already knew it was going to be a 100% day, because my mentor TB told me the trades before the market opened. Please don't let this get out, as I took an oath not to reveal this to anyone, and risk losing my standing as a TB ringer if he finds out.

Yes, it's true. With his proprietary QAMA method (not to be confused with the QUACK method), B-Money (he asked us to refer to him that way at all times) actually knows what the trades will be before the market even opens. He won't tell us how it works exactly, but I think it has something to do with the hours he spends meditating and chanting before sunrise each day. Let's just say he has a connection in a "very high" place, okay?

Please don't ask any more questions, I've already said too much. I only share this information with you, as B-Money told me he would not grace the pages of ET with His presence any longer, even if you wired him the funds in advance to do so. I will act as his intermediary going forward, since Aeneas has already blown my cover.

P.S. Are you a ringer too, Snoop? I don't remember seeing you at any of the secret meetings before.

  9. I am not a ringer - I just cannot deny pure genius when I see it.

Well then he must be, I guess. When somebody gets 100% on back to back extreme trend and choppy oscillation days (given the timeframe his own movies show him trading), all I can say is, "Whoop dee do and Tyler, too."

His movies do show an uncanny ability to pick tops and bottoms consistently. Undoubtedly I have a lot to learn.

    About marketing.
