He DID get the right to defend himself - and he did so poorly.

From refusing a refund, to attacking people, to being arrogant, to posting bad calls, and to never admitting being wrong (anyone want to check the movie at the end of the day today?).

So, again, he had every opportunity. The only one to blame for the outcome here is TB himself.

    :D

Funny how what was such a rip roaring Peter, Paul, and Mary peace song 40 years ago (yikes!) actually written I believe by Pete Seeger nearly 50 years ago (DOUBLE YIKES!), would be frowned upon in some of the same circles today because it doesn't include "our brothers and our brothers" and (more personally esthetically pleasing to me as a heterosexual man) "our sisters and our sisters." :p

As to the content of this thread, I also fully agree. Seems like TB's grasp far exceeded his reach. Or, as is said in some circles I've traveled, he has a great big alligator mouth and just a teeny little parakeet butt. (You pre-med students can figure it out.)

  5. I don't claim to be overly smart and I basically have a simple mind. (over 40 and drugs in the 70's don't help), but here's my take nonetheless.

Traderbrad's posts have a heading that says: *ADVISORY SERVICE*

Then he posts a disclaimer in which the last sentence reads:For educational purposes only as I am *not* a Commodity *Trading Advisor*.

Assuming that TB.com is a one man show and that he is not a commodity trading advisor (as he himself clearly states), then is that not akin to hanging out a shingle that says: *House Painting* and we would do a good job of painting your house, but we have no painter.

However, if you would like to learn to paint your own house then we will gladly show you how it could be done if you send us your money we will share our painting course with you. In addition at the end of each day, we will show you a picture of a well painted house that was painted today - Only we didn't REALLY paint it !, because we have no painter.

Yet on the website disclaimer he keeps refering to himself (or someone) as "tutor". So does that mean that a tutor is "not an ADVISOR"

There would seem to be some trickery going on here. How can there be an advisory service without an advisor?....duh!

Simple man that I am, I know of at least one spiritual truth: What ye sow, that ye shall also reap.....another way to say it is: Whatever you put on the wheel will return to you.....or the good old southern redneck version: What comes around goes around!

It would appear to me that after reading this thread that *the universe is unfolding as it should.*

Top of the day to all and good trading to all,

But have you noticed how hot Joan Baez looks?

Not to mention Tina Turner . . .

    And as for advertisers . . .

Just refund the damn money. Nearly every legitimate advertiser will. This is the age of the internet and the cell phone. Ripping people off just isn't worth the grief. IF TB had only made a couple of cheerful refunds, this thread would not exist, except perhaps to praise TB for his ethics. As it is, one wonders why he needs the money so badly . . .

Yeah, they look good. Baez still has that glow about her. And Turner always could and probably still can kick my teeth in.

But I almost fell over when I saw Mary Travers recently. Ah well, if we're lucky to live that long I guess such fates await us all in one form or another.

    I have always known
    That at last
    I would take this road,
But yesterday I did not know
    It would be today.
